| Graphic Designer |
| We are looking for a Graphic Designer to work in our Marketing Department. The Designer's primary function will be to concept, design, and layout print collateral, as well as website work. Print collateral includes brochures, direct mail, advertising, tradeshow graphics, and business systems for the company. This position requires the ability to produce consistently excellent design for both online and offline projects. In addition, the Designer must be able to communicate clearly and directly and foster good working relationships. |

| This ideal candidate should posses the following qualities: |
- Work on new site and application designs, providing creative solutions to produce an attractive, innovative and easy-to-use site.
- Responsible for development of prototype concepts through final designs, in either HTML or PhotoShop formats.
- OProduce final artwork for site.
- Ensure consistency of visual design elements and visual identity within individual pages and across entire areas of the web site.

| Qualifications |
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Excellent design, strategic and conceptual skills.
- Proficiency in PhotoShop, Illustrator and other design-related applications with expert skills in design techniques such as web-page layout and image optimization.
- Must be proactive, innovative, and extremely detail-oriented.

| Marketing Analyst |
| Responsibilities will include extensive database work in Excel and Access. Interaction with high level customers and some administrative duties may be required. Must be a strong communicator and have excellent database skills in Excel, Access and PowerPoint. |

| Qualifications |
- BA/BS degree
- 1 to 2 years experience in marketing, management consulting and/or sales/account management experience
- Strong quantitative, study design, and analytic skills
- Prior client service experience
- Strong problem solving, conceptual and creative thinking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity, high-demand, entrepreneurial work environment
- Experience in applying and interpreting basic statistical concepts such as confidence intervals, standard deviations, weighting, etc

| Responsibilities |
- The ability to sell effectively on the phone and via email
- A thorough understanding of mortgage products
- The ability to quickly analyze and calculate income and ratios, determine additional information required for loan approval
- Ability to package loans for approval, clear conditions, and fund loans
- Manage the relationship with the customers, title companies, realtors, and attorneys
- Understand purchase contracts and all reports associated with closing loans (title reports, homeowner's association documents, etc.)
- Compile documentation of transactions in the database
- Maintain outstanding customer service
