The application on our site is based on an actual Universal Residential Loan Application that is used as a standard loan application in the mortgage industry. The fields of information on our site are transferred onto a mortgage software program for internal processing purposes. The information is available to loan consultants who are internal employees of Infoloan. Each loan consultant has their own username and password for access to our in-house network and loans are assigned to specific loan consultants. Personal information is shared with third party agents who are an integral part of the loan process (Please see Sharing of Information section below.) |
Information on the loan application includes the following:
- Contact Information - name, address, phone number, e-mail address
- Property Information - property address, type of property
- Loan Information - interest rate, length of loan term, fixed or adjustable.
- Asset Information - bank accounts, asset accounts, equity accounts.
- Income Information - personal income, other income.
- Declarations - questions relating to bankruptcy, criminal record, financial problems related to character of applicant.
- Social Security Number.
